Contributions are made to support the restoration and transformation of The Commodore. Contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Perks, benefits, or acknowledgments are subject to availability and may be modified or substituted as needed to fulfill the campaign’s goals.

The Commodore team will make reasonable efforts to communicate timelines and delivery of benefits, but dates and availability are estimates and not guaranteed. By contributing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

State and local taxes will be added to your contribution where applicable.
